ADULT MEMBERSHIP
$349 per year and $250 for each additional immediate family member
- 2 Exams (Comprehensive or Periodic)
- 1 Emergency Visit including Radiographs
- 2 Routine Regular Cleanings (does not include Periodontal "Deep" Cleanings)
- Any Radiographs Necessary for Diagnosis includes Panorex Imaging, Bitewings, or Periapicals at each visit
- 20% OFF Fillings, Crowns, and Extractions
*This is not dental insurance. This is a dental discount plan and cannot be combined with dental insurance, cannot be transferred, and cannot be used with other promotions.
*Payment for the discount plan must be paid in full at the time of registration and is non-refundable. A minimum of 48 hours is required for any appointment changes.
*In-House Annual Membership Plan can only be used at North Frisco Dental and Orthodontics and no other dental offices that may appear or sound similar.
