Randa O'Connor brings over 25 years of dental industry experience to North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics — not as a clinician, but as one of the industry's most seasoned business coaches. Over the course of her career, she coached dental practices across the country, taught, lectured, and guided countless practice owners toward building teams and patient experiences they could be proud of. But for Randa, watching others build their dream practices was never the end goal. Opening North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics was the realization of a long-held personal ambition — to be physically present in an office every single day, working alongside a team that shares her philosophy, and playing a direct role in the care patients receive.

What sets Randa apart is the genuine passion she brings to the patient experience. Many of the patients who walk through the doors at North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics arrive with anxiety — some from difficult past experiences, some from years of avoiding the dentist altogether. For Randa, helping those patients feel at ease and watching them leave with a smile is the most fulfilling part of her role. She has built her practice around dentists and team members who treat every patient like family, and that culture of warmth and compassion shows in the experience patients have at every visit.
