North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics was founded by CEO and owner Randa O'Connor — a dental industry veteran with over 25 years of experience as a business coach, educator, and speaker. Having spent decades working with dental practices across the country, Randa brought a uniquely informed perspective to building this practice — one shaped by an intimate understanding of what patients deserve and what a truly exceptional dental team looks like.
